I love adventures and being spontaneous. For some reason the two bring out the creativity and productivity in me. Recently, out of the blue, I asked Acharya Shree Yogeesh, my spiritual master, if he wanted to do a 7 Day Video Series on Meditation for his YouTube channel. He said “Yes” and we went straight into filming and video production. You can view the Meditation Videos here.

Since we began his YouTube channel back in 2007, I never really put a lot of efforts into the presentation of his videos. I usually kept it simple and had a basic intro, he speaks, and then a basic ending of text. This time, I thought, why not be more creative with it? For one, this 7 Day Meditation Video challenge is already something new and different for you and our YouTubers, but why not make the presentation better and standout?

I always talk about the need to CHANGE. But sometimes it is DIFFICULT to change. What needs to be changed? How to always continue on the spiritual path of change without falling off track? How to create a NEW HABIT just to replace the old negative pattern you would like to leave behind?

Acharya Shree's 1st Live webcast

One of my main purposes in life is to help spread the teachings of my spiritual master and guru Acharya Shree Yogeesh. Because without Acharya Shree’s spiritual guidance in helping me transform my life, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Knowing that I have totally changed my life and continue to do so because of him, I know that the same teachings can help and transform thousands of other people throughout the world today and tomorrow.

That is why I do what I do. I work hard to spread his teachings. Unless you have a “Why” in life, your life will feel lame, boring and full of complaints. Applying meaning to the work you do gets you through everything and anything, especially the hard times in life.
