Please read the following information carefully before registering your child.
By completing the registration form and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions below on behalf of your child.If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for further clarification.

1. General Terms & Conditions
    1. Eligibility: The camp is open to children ages 6–13. In limited cases, Siddhayatan Tirth may approve participation for a 5-year-old or an older teen upon prior discussion and approval. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
    2. Supervision: Siddhayatan Tirth staff, volunteers, and monks provide supervision at all times during camp activities and overnight stays.
    3. Behavioral Expectations: Campers are expected to act respectfully, follow guidance, and participate peacefully in all activities. Siddhayatan Tirth emphasizes non-violence, mindfulness, and kindness. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal without refund.
    4. Environment: Siddhayatan Tirth is a vegetarian and spiritual environment. No meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, tobacco, recreational drugs, or non-vegetarian items are permitted on the property.
    5. Belongings: Siddhayatan Tirth is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Please label all items and avoid sending valuables.
2. Lodging, Meals & Daily Care
    1. The Spiritual Children’s Camp is a 2-night, 3-day overnight program held at Siddhayatan Tirth.
    2. Campers will stay in shared accommodations separated by gender and supervised by staff or volunteers at all times.
    3. All meals are wholesome, balanced, and vegetarian. Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on the registration form so appropriate arrangements can be made.
    4. Campers are encouraged to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and shared areas.
    5. Quiet hours and lights-out times will be observed to ensure proper rest and a peaceful environment.
3. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, understand that participation in the Spiritual Children’s Camp involves indoor and outdoor activities such as yoga, meditation, creative workshops, nature walks, and recreational games. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks of injury, illness, or other harm.

By allowing my child to participate, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with camp participation, lodging, and related travel. I agree that Siddhayatan Tirth, its monks, officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, accident, or property damage that may occur.

4. Medical Authorization & Health Information
    1. I certify that my child is in good health and able to participate fully in all camp activities.
    2. I agree to provide complete and accurate health information, including medical conditions, allergies, and medications, on the registration form.
    3. In the event of illness or emergency, I authorize Siddhayatan Tirth staff or volunteers to administer basic first aid and contact Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or transport my child to a nearby medical facility.
    4. I assume full financial responsibility for any medical care, treatment, or transportation costs required during my child’s stay.
5. Liability Release & Indemnification
In consideration of my child’s participation in the Spiritual Children’s Camp, I hereby:

    1. Release and discharge Siddhayatan Tirth, its monks, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any injury, illness, accident, or property damage occurring during or as a result of my child’s participation in the camp.
    2. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, costs, or attorney fees resulting from my child’s actions or participation.
    3. Understand that this release applies to any acts of negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law.
