TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in retreats, classes and programs (the “Retreat”) which is conducted by Siddhayatan Tirth (“the Organization”). By registering for the Retreat at any one of our locations (“Centers”), you (the “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend any Retreat.
Attendee Conduct
Organization requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, volunteers and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Retreat, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Organization reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the Center immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Retreat will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future products, services, or correspondence from the Organization. Attendee will also not receive any of our bonuses.
Our Code of Conduct must be followed:
- Practice awareness to not kill or harm any living beings.
- Be watchful of your words – No abusive language at any time.
- Keep your body and mind pure – Alcohol, cigarettes, and illegal drugs (including prescribed marijuana) are strictly prohibited.
- Meat products are strictly prohibited on Siddhayatan property.
- Conduct yourself with good behavior.
- Never waste any food and ask only for what you will eat.
- Stress and negative thoughts are not welcome.
- Respect everyone and their opinions, beliefs, and culture.
- Leave your ego at the gate.
- Take your shoes off before entering any building.
- Practice cleanliness by keeping your room and bathroom clean.
- Practice compassion, awareness, and non-violence.
- Be watchful not to waste water, gas, and electricity.
- Follow all buildings, bedrooms, and bathrooms guidelines.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Liability Waiver
While we take every possible measure to ensure Attendee safety at the Retreats, we can not control everything. For this reason, Attendee is legally responsible for their safety and behavior and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following statements:
I, the willing Attendee of the Retreat, hereby accept all risks to my health and of my injury or death that may result from participating in the Retreat and I hereby release Siddhayatan, the Organization, Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, and their officers, employees, interns, contractors, volunteers, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at the Retreat, whether caused by the negligence of the Organization, its governing board, officers, teachers, employees, or representatives, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Retreat. Under no circumstances will Organization or Acharya Shree Yogeesh or Sadhvi Siddhali Shree or their assigns be held liable for my injury or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Retreat. Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of an accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Retreat, I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify the Organization verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Retreat in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that the Organization is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to provide any medical service whatsoever to me. I agree that if I have any medical or psychological conditions that may hamper me from fully and healthfully participating in the Retreat I will notify the Organization and that the Organization retains the right to ask that I not participate in portions of or the entirety of the Retreat.
Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice
The information contained in or made available by the Organization, Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, Sadhvi Anubhuti, or any third party through the Retreat or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. The Organization does not offer any professional personal, medical, financial, or legal advice and none of the information contained in the Retreat should be confused as such advice. Neither the Organization, Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, Sadhvi Anubhuti nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, volunteers, contractors, or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages to the Attendee or the Attendee’s mental, financial, medical, psychological or legal that may result from participation in the Retreat or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, techniques, or strategies communicated through the Retreat or any products or services provided pursuant to the Retreat, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will the Organization or Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, or Sadhvi Anubhuti be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Attendee’s participation in the Retreat. To be clear: You, the Attendee, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life, and by your participation in our Retreat, you agree not to attempt to hold us, the Organization, or Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree or Sadhvi Anubhuti, liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in this Retreat at any time, under any circumstance.
Health & Wellness Activity Liability Disclaimer:
I acknowledge that yoga is a physical activity and that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in this retreat. I further understand that I have the right and responsibility to modify or opt out of performing any movement or pose that is beyond my capability in order to safeguard my health. I certify that I am covered by a personal health insurance policy in the event of injury. I release Siddhayatan, Acharya Shree Yogeesh, Sadhvi Siddhali Shree, Sadhvi Anubhuti, or other representatives from any liability for any injury sustained while participating in, watching, or traveling to and from the retreat center and to and from class.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials, and information presented in the Retreat are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to the Organization and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Retreat materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of the Organization. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and the Organization will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.
Audio/Visual Release
By participating in the Retreat, Attendee understands that portions of the Retreat’s live events may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs. Attendee agrees that the Organization and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee. Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from the Organization’s events are the exclusive rights of the Organization and Attendee does not ask for or expect compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee appears or speaks. Organization owns all rights to any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during the Organization’s Retreat or at any of the Organization’s other live events. To protect our facilities, guests, and environment and ensure safety, security cameras are used throughout the premises.
Privacy Policy
By participating in the Retreat, Attendees acknowledge and agree that they are subject to the Privacy Policies of the Organization. The Privacy Policy for the Organization is listed at https://siddhayatan.org/privacy. Your personal information will be used only by Siddhayatan to contact you about your program or send you updates by mail or email, and will never be shared or rented to third parties.
Cancellation Policy
Once Attendee registers for the Retreat, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles and expenses. Given this fact, if Attendee does not cancel their reservation under the following guidelines they will incur a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per room.
- If you cancel 8 days prior to your retreat, you will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee per room and per person.
- If you cancel between 1-7 days before your retreat, you will receive full credit, less a $50 processing fee per room and per person, that can be used towards a future stay or program within one year. The credit is non-transferable.
- No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day of arrival, if you do not show up, if you forget, or if you leave your program early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.
- For personal, fasting, and silent retreats, if you leave earlier than your intended stay, the remaining unused nights will remain as a non-transferable credit to be used within one year.

Siddhayatan reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. In this event, you will be given a complete refund.
Registration Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure the Attendee’s accommodations and program.
Rescheduling Policy
An Attendee may reschedule one time within one year of initial registration using their credit received based on the Cancellation Policy.
Siddhayatan Store Shipping / Refund Policy
Once the order has been successfully placed, we require 2-3 days of package preparation. Shipment if within the US should arrive in less than 5-7 days. International orders may take up to 6 weeks; however, most arrive within 10-14 days. There are no refunds for opened and used products. If the product is unused, please return back to us to receive refund minus shipping costs. Buyer pays return shipping. If the product is damaged upon arrival due to shipping, please inform us at info@siddhayatan.org and we will send out the replacement item.
Siddhayatan E-Certificates / Refund Policy
• E-certificates can be used within ONE year of purchase before the expiration date, with no exceptions.
• Certificates are transferable but NON-refundable, with no exceptions.
• You can schedule your retreat based on availability found on our calendar.

Review and Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Attendee agrees that any dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms will be resolved via non-binding mediation in the State of Texas via a professional mediator obtained by the Organization and if a successful mediation is not reached, to binding arbitration arbitrated in the State of Texas in accordance with the policies set forth by the American Arbitration Association. If any of these Terms of use are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining terms of use, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
