Each day includes fun activities, games, nature walks, and moments of reflection. Can parents attend a retreat while the kids attend camp?
Yes! Parents are encouraged to make the most of this time by joining one of our adult retreats or creating a peaceful personal retreat experience of their own. You’ll be close enough to know your child is safe and cared for, while also giving them space to learn, grow, and enjoy camp independently.

Each day includes yoga, meditation, group activities, and reflection time. The camp’s peaceful atmosphere encourages children to feel free, joyful, and connected to their inner selves. By the end of the camp, your child will leave with new tools for mindfulness, compassion, and confidence – skills that will guide them for a lifetime.

What kind of food and accommodations are included?
Children enjoy wholesome, vegetarian, and kid-friendly meals and snacks during the camp.

Accommodations are simple, comfortable, and supervised — boys and girls stay in separate rooms with teacher chaperones who provide overnight care and guidance. Each child should bring a sleeping bag and pillow for their stay.

What if my child has a food allergy or requires a special diet?

We can accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets for a small additional fee. If your child has a mild allergy or needs simple meal modifications, we’ll do our best to adjust when possible. However, if your child’s dietary restrictions are extensive or highly specific, we may not be able to accommodate them safely. Please call us at 903-487-0717 to see if we can accommodate your request.
