About the NEW YEAR’s Course
Finally, a healthy and spiritual way to start the New Year.
This course will help you stay grounded, positive, focused, balanced, and spiritual throughout the upcoming new year. With life’s challenges and difficulties, it is not easy to be in the flow. You need to redirect your focus toward yourself and not others. Once you help yourself and work on yourself, you will be able to perform well in everything that you do, you will feel the harmony between you and your partner or other relations, you will be able to help others, and you will be able to maintain healthy and spiritual habits that are necessary to help you achieve your goals.
As a bonus for this retreat we will have a special New Year’s Eve dinner, we’ll welcome the New Year by reciting universal mantras followed by an inspiring talk by Acharya Shree Yogeesh with a special spiritual message. We will also enjoy sweets and hot homemade chai!
