What is Stress?
Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances. Stress can either be a positive or negative experience; however, most people are negatively-affected. If stress goes untreated or is not released, the toxins built up in the body will create sickness and disease. In a severe case, stress can lead to a complete breakdown requiring in-hospital treatment. Learning to be grounded and balanced helps you to work and live stress-free despite the demands in your life.

Our Stress Relief Yoga Retreat is a life-transforming workshop developed by Acharya Shree Yogeesh to help you purify your body and mind through intensive breathing combinations. Through yoga, deep relaxation and other techniques you can get rid of stress-causing toxins, release tension from your muscles, empty your mind so you have space to think, help you focus and practice awareness, learn how to not get easily overwhelmed, balance personal and work life, stop holding and suppressing your emotions, and no longer react negatively with anger.
